A second-generation commercial flooring expert with an impressive 22-year tenure in the industry, Michelle runs the show. As President, her focus lies on streamlined operations management, ensuring efficiency at every turn. When she's not running O'Quinn Tile, you can find her on the Pickleball court or unwinding on their ranch.
With 20+ years of installation experience, Jim is now primarily focused on Quality Control and Quality Management (QCQM). An avid sports fan Jim loves Dallas/Fort Worth sports, however, after developing a non-curable hatred for the Yankees years ago, he's become a relentless Boston Red Sox Fan. When he's not catching a game, or managing his Fantasy Football team you can find him relaxing at the ranch hunting hogs.
With 6 years in the world of commercial flooring, this national guard veteran thrives on the adrenaline of estimating and project management. When he's not crunching numbers, you can find him out in the wilderness, chasing prey and living his passion for hunting.
